| Yes I really used write and play country music. I wrote this song, recorded and produced it several years ago. I play acoustic & electric guitars, mandolin, bass & drums, and sang it in my then "best Neil Diamond". I've only perfomed this live once with solo guitar. I warn you, it's pretty dark subject matter, with "happy" music but when I wrote it I had been listening to Bruce Springsteen's "Nebraska" album. Ain't exactly the Partridge Family... Marshall's in Hays, KS 25--The band was called Glass Atom Sorcery (GAS) 26--There was so much much beer on the floor the carpet squished 27--I fell off of my 6 inch platform shoes 28--I was nearly electrocuted through my feet 29--Nobody is allowed to touch my feet  |
